Most businesses do not have an automation problem. They have a visibility problem. The hours lost to re-keying data, chasing documents, and assembling the same report every month are real, but they are spread across so many small tasks that nobody ever adds them up. We add them up, then eliminate the worst of them.

The founder

Bulbring AI was founded by Noah Bulbring, who also founded Quitslip, an NFC-based digital receipt platform backed by NORCAT's mentorship program and built to replace paper receipts at the point of sale. Before starting the consultancy, Noah worked as a sales engineer for Virtual Postman, an enterprise document management platform, sitting with operations teams, mapping their document flows, and deploying automation into businesses that run on paper and email. That work made one thing obvious: the gap between what automation can do and what most businesses actually use is enormous, and it is widest at small and mid-sized companies.

Alongside that, Noah works inside public accounting at MNP, a national firm, and studies Business Accounting at Cambrian College. Living inside a firm's workflows, he built internal AI tooling to automate his own repetitive work: parsing bank statements, organizing transaction data, and producing clean, review-ready workpapers. The tools that began as a way to save his own hours became the foundation of what Bulbring AI builds for clients.

How we think about automation

Return first, technology second. We do not lead with AI, because AI is not the point. Hours are. Some processes need machine learning; many need nothing more than a well-built integration. We recommend whatever removes the most hours for the least complexity.

Real documents, real systems. Everything we build is tested against your actual invoices, statements, and edge cases before it goes live. A demonstration on clean sample data proves nothing.

Handoff is part of the job. Every build ships with documentation and training so your team owns it. A consultancy that makes itself indispensable has misaligned incentives. We would rather earn the next project than hold the last one hostage.

Where we work

We work with businesses across every industry: companies large enough to have real process pain, small enough that nobody has been hired to fix it. Engagements are remote-first, with on-site process mapping available where it helps.
